CANCELLATION POLICY

Please call or text your cleaner at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Unless you have an emergency or you are ill, you will be charged 25% of the cleaning estimate for canceling less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit. If the cleaners are already in route to your home when you cancel, you will be charged 50% of the cleaning estimate.
